Michelle Porucznik is an Illustrator, Animator, Designer, and Art Director based in NYC. Her friends call her Misky.
She’s a 1st gen American raised with 2 alphabets and 3 languages, but mostly prefers to converse through pictures. Her 10+ year career weaves through Advertising, Tech, and Interactive Agencies, creating memorable visual experiences via all forms of creative storytelling. She has a BFA in Illustration from MICA, helped build visual content libraries for Venmo and LinkedIn, and has worked for/with McDonald’s, Starbucks, Target, Miller Coors, Honda, and more.
Michelle’s last name means Lieutenant in Polish and she is proudly 100% Lemko. She's currently into: the history of chair design, falling (and getting back up) on her mountain bike, turning her 2D characters into 3D ceramic sculptures, and pointing at her screen like Leo every time she recognizes someone on L&O SVU.
